The name "Gus Gus" comes from our founder's childhood nickname — a reminder that great restaurants should feel personal, warm, and welcoming. We're not trying to be fancy. We're trying to be good.
Over the years, we've grown from a small neighborhood spot to a Saint Paul institution. But the philosophy hasn't changed: quality ingredients, made from scratch, served with genuine hospitality.
